Located in the communes of Saulges, Saint Pierre sur Erve and Thorigné en Charnie, on the Erve River and in the middle of a Natura 2000 listed site, the 700m of the course, classified in the 2nd fish category, offers a profile of riffles, current flats and slow flats. Accessible from both banks, between the "Moulin de la Rochebrault" upstream and the Japanese steps downstream, you can track a beautiful variety of fish species with artificial lures or flies in an extremely preserved natural setting.

The site has a bar restaurant, a picnic area, and toilets.

Nestled in the Mayenne countryside, between the two Small Towns of Character of Saulges and Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve (which are worth a visit), this valley is surrounded by the Erve River. Between the limestone walls, the site offers multiple possibilities for discovery. Unique in the west of France for the presence of numerous cavities, you can visit two caves open to the general public and learn more about prehistoric life at the Museum of Prehistory. But it is also an exceptional natural and hiking site: you will be amazed by its cliffs, open to climbing enthusiasts, and you will be seduced by the very green natural environment and in particular by the boxwood forests.
