This summer, the Château de Sainte-Suzanne invites you to discover, at the Bergerie, the world of photographer Éric MÉDARD. Renowned for his sensitive eye and naturalist approach, he takes us on an authentic journey between man and horse.
Throughout the Mayenne region, the artist set out in search of the Percheron, an emblematic breed of Maine. From farms to equestrian sports, his images reveal gestures, care, and the bonds between the horses.
This exhibition invites everyone to reflect on the place of the horse in our traditions and questions the transmission of this heritage.
