The artisanal chocolate factory transforms fair trade and organic cocoa beans into a chocolate with unique aromatic notes.
During the visit, Charline will present to you (with tasting) the different stages of transformation, from the bean to the chocolate: quality control of the beans, roasting, crushing, winnowing, grinding and tempering.
