Gîte "COEUR ROYAL"

The house has three levels.
On the first level: a living room (with vinyl turntable, television with DVD player and access to Netflix), a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a pantry with washing machine/dryer.
The 15th-century staircase will take you upstairs, where there are two bright bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the top floor of the house is a large bedroom with three single beds and a furnished play area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There are toilets on all three levels.
A travel cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided upon request.

Behind the house is a small tree-lined courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house was completely renovated in 2022. It benefits from a fiber connection and is equipped with an internet box.

Passenger access:
There is parking at the entrance to the village and a residents' parking lot, a 2-minute walk from the house.
other remarks

Regarding our house rules, we charge a €50 cleaning fee and we ask our guests:
– empty the bins (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) and place them in the containers located at the entrance to the village
– empty and clean the refrigerator
– wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher
– put bed sheets and bath towels in the laundry room on the ground floor
– ensure that surfaces and floors are clean
We take care of the rest.

Furthermore, it is not possible to organize gatherings of people other than those initially planned or parties in the house.
