At the foot of the ramparts of the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", this detached house combines the charm of a renovated old part with a contemporary wooden extension.
Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a comfortable setting with its three beautifully decorated bedrooms.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace on stilts with direct access to the living room, as well as a second terrace at the bottom of the garden, equipped with a dining area and a barbecue. The enclosed grounds provide a safe environment for children.
Please note: the gîte is located at the corner of Place Ambroise de Loré, on the edge of the D7 road, just 60 metres from the town's pedestrian zone and 80 metres from the postern promenade.
Biker and cyclist friends, a covered area is available to shelter your two-wheelers.
Sainte-Suzanne, nicknamed "The Pearl of Maine", will reveal its rich historical heritage: The dolmen of Erves - The 11th century keep, which resisted William the Conqueror - The 17th century castle, built for Fouquet de la Varenne, minister of Henri IV and governor general of the Post Office - The Auditorium Museum - The Grand Moulin and the English camp.
Numerous cultural events punctuate the year, and nature lovers will appreciate the hiking trails that crisscross the surrounding area. On foot, by bike, or on horseback, explore the Tertre Ganne site or the Promenade des Moulins.
