You will find a bright living room, bathed in natural light, including:
– a fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc., allowing you to prepare your meals as at home.
-A dining area for 4 people and a living room in which you will find an armchair and a sofa, flat screen TV, a low cabinet with dishes (pizza dish, aperitif glasses etc...).
– On the ground floor, a ground-floor bedroom equipped with a 160×200 bed and wardrobe offers direct access to its adjoining walk-in shower room, which is practical and comfortable.
– the toilets are wall-hung toilets located on the ground floor
– Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom equipped with an 80×190 bed completes the sleeping area, ideal for welcoming family or friends in a cozy atmosphere.

All windows and the door are fitted with interior shutters. Upstairs there are blackout curtains.

Internet via RJ45 port and fiber optic Wi-Fi

We allow your pet to accompany you.

Outside, enjoy a perfectly enclosed plot, perfect for moments of relaxation, as well as a small outbuilding, offering additional space for storing bicycles or equipment.
During the season (April/September), a gas barbecue and garden furniture are available.

To avoid any stress for you, we have a box on site for self check-in.

Free private parking is available.

Bed linen is provided. PLEASE NOTE: towels and bath towels are not required.
