This charming house (4 rooms, 90 m2), fully equipped and decorated with particular care (exposed beams, floor tiles, refined fabrics, etc.) offers a peaceful view of the charming village of Brée.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people + baby (large crib and high chair not approved provided).

The house opens onto a large fruit garden and two welcoming terraces with all the necessary furniture: table for 5 people and 5 garden chairs, 4 deckchairs, bench, charcoal barbecue, ping-pong table, large double swing for children and outdoor games available.

2 levels:
– Ground floor, 2 bright and spacious rooms with a fully equipped dining room/kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, refrigerator, freezer, large table (8 people) adjoining a living room/lounge composed of 2 sofas (including a sofa bed), armchairs, a desk and old decorative bread ovens (fires prohibited as they are not a fireplace).
– Upstairs: 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms including a master bedroom (1 double bed 2X190) and a second bedroom (2 single beds 80), a bathroom with sink-basin, shower-bath, large mirror, WC, old floor tiles and a stone staircase leading to a pleasant and bright corridor.
– Large and charming garden with trees and flowers.

– Sheet rental available: €10 per pair for a double bed and €5 per pair for a single bed.
– Mandatory cleaning: €30 for 2 hours (with the possibility of requesting more)
– Deposit required in advance or upon arrival (depending on...): €300 in cash (Euros). The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the house and garden.
– Inventory carried out at the end of the stay with particular attention paid to the large parasol (which should be closed/folded in case of wind), the beds and the sofa bed (please handle with care). Thank you!

Private parking in the driveway (please close the gate properly, day and night, for complete peace of mind (using the 2 metal wind bars).
