If you love the countryside, hiking, fishing, and peace and quiet, come and recharge your batteries in this former farmhouse, now a gîte for 6 people, in the heart of the Coëvrons region. The gîte is attached to the owners' house. You'll enjoy a large outdoor area with a pétanque court, swing set, gazebo with garden furniture, and barbecue.

The accommodation comprises a very spacious living room on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchenette, a lounge area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet. A large mezzanine with a sofa bed (160cm) is also available. A TV with internet access, a foosball table, and a fitness machine are at your disposal.

Les Coëvrons is a good starting point for exploring Mont des Avaloirs, or the town of Laval.
