On your way to your vacation, for 1 night or more, La Semondière offers 3 guest rooms in the owners' house, for 2 to 4 people, all-inclusive (beds made, linen, breakfast, utilities). Breakfast is generous and complete, enhanced with homemade products such as jam, eggs, yogurts, and seasonal fruits.
Each room has a TV and its own private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available.
Choose your room:
Violet Room 13.4m² with a 140-190 bed, shower room 3.2m² – 2 people.
Orange Room, two spaces, one 9.2m² with a 140*190 bed and the second 8.5m² with a 90*190 bed, additional 90*190 trundle bed – 3 to 4 people.
Red Room, 16.2m², access from the garden, one 140-190 cm bed, 8.3m² bathroom with Italian shower, grab bar, raised toilet with grab bar, open sink – 2 people.
The shared lounge and kitchen area is closed from November 1st to March 1st. Amenities include: refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Access to the indoor heated swimming pool is available from April 15th to October 15th, shared with other guests (subject to accommodation occupancy; scheduling is possible). The pool measures 6.5m x 3.25m and is 1.2m to 1.5m deep. (For 2026: April 11th to October 17th, 2026)
Fishermen, 70m from the house, three main ponds 4100m², 900m² and 1700m², stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels and catfish.

If you'd like to come with several people, the 2-hectare park offers other well-distributed accommodations, each with its own private space, without vis-à-vis. A total of 23 people are possible.
