L'AUBEPINE

It is composed of a pretty living room of 25 m² (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 700 m². Wifi (fiber optic, speed approximately 900Mbits/s), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided to start the stay), sofa (convertible for 2 people), armchairs and dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine, etc.
– Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×200).
– A bathroom with bathtub.
– Separate WC.

On the 1st floor:
– Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size beds (160×190).
– Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190).
– Separate WC.

Note: the stairs are a bit steep, tall people should be careful of their heads at the top of the steps.

Exterior:
– An above-ground swimming pool (private, heated), open all year round, semi-buried.
– A jacuzzi available all year round that can accommodate up to 4 people.
– A beautiful enclosed garden of 700 m².
– An 18 m² terrace, facing South-West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, barbecue, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Torcé-Viviers-en-Charnie, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed and secure garage which can accommodate 2 vehicles or on the street in front of the house.

– Nearest stations: Le Mans station located 41 km away (TGV), TER station in Evron
– Nearest airport: Le Mans Arnage airport located 48 km away (45 minutes by car)

Other remarks:
– Pets are allowed upon request. Please specify when booking. A supplement of €15/pet/stay will apply.
– The fireplace is functional and has two hearths: an open hearth to visually enjoy the fire, and a buried hearth to heat the room safely.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
– One of the rooms will be inaccessible during your stay.
– On the left side of the house are the outdoor bins (1 for glass sorting, 1 for cardboard/plastic sorting and 1 normal bin).
