The former 19th-century presbytery, restored in 2002, offers you an authentic setting. In the heart of the Erve Valley and at the foot of the canyon and the Saulges caves, you will be charmed by a village classified as a "Small town of character" bordered by the Erve River (fishing possible from March to September for the 1st category and all year round for the 2nd), thus offering a hilly environment. The village is welcoming with its restored stone houses, the river, the Cèdre bakehouse (organic wood-fired bread) and its seasonal bar. The cottage is independent with its large enclosed garden, very close to the church.
You will appreciate its large living rooms ideal for spending time with family and friends: dining room 18m², small living room 10m²...which can open to enlarge the 2nd living room 18m².
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms: a master suite 18m² with its private bathroom (shower) - 1 bed 160*200 and 1 bed 90*190, a bedroom with baby bed 18m² - 1 bed 160*200 and 1 bed 90*190 and a bedroom 9m² with 2 beds 90*190. In total, 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms/shower.
A sofa bed for 2 people is located in the living room and is available on request.

From Saint Pierre, many hiking trails cross the countryside, along the Erve you can reach the Saulges caves, a prehistoric site, an exceptional natural setting, climbing and a restaurant on site.
You are in the Coëvrons, Land of Arts and History, in a remarkable natural and heritage territory, explore the Small Towns of Character of Saulges and Sainte Suzanne (also the most beautiful village in France), 40 marked hiking trails. Go back in time by visiting the Museum of Prehistory, the Roman town of Jublains, the basilica of Evron, the castle and the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne.
In the summer, you can enjoy the swimming ponds at the Gué de Selle leisure center in Mézangers, for example (also available for swin-golf, canoeing, etc.). There's a wide range of swimming pools in Bais, Evron, and Sainte Suzanne to cool off.

For your shopping, you'll find organic bread at the Founil du Cèdre in Saint Pierre. In Vaiges (-10 min) you'll find a mini-market, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, and ATM.
