Then, direction the Laval trail station, for a perfect combo between the technical trails of Sainte-Suzanne and the varied courses of Laval, where sporting intensity meets exceptional landscapes. During 6 5 days and nights, experience an unforgettable trail adventure, between green landscapes, breathtaking panoramas and memorable moments with your friends. Here, there's no set time, just the pleasure of running, pushing yourself and savoring every moment. And if a certain Guillaume is part of the group, challenge him to make history by conquering the trails where his illustrious namesake failed! This program* is ideal for groups of trailers who want to progress while sharing moments of pleasure. The courses are specially designed to improve theendurance, time and the adaptation to the terrain, so that everyone can push their limits while having fun.

Day 1: Warm-up and threshold work
Arrival mid-morning or the day before – Parking at football stadium – Maxime Létard room in Sainte-Suzanne.
- Warm-up on the green circuit The Foothills of Ste Suzanne » (9 km)
- Then Fartlek on the blue course On the Cham side » (12,8km): 8×6′ at threshold with 3′ of running at normal speed in active recovery.
Lunch at the accommodation or picnic break at the end of the route: set up camp in an area on the banks of the Erve near the river at the place called the Saugère or take a break at the third place the Scribbler "At Marie and Sam's, a very friendly community café below the parking lot on the Chammes road.
The afternoon, long outing in Sainte-Suzanne on the red circuit Diabolical » (18,5km) or « The Vallette Valley » (27,6km):

- Long aerobics
Return to calm and hydration before joining your accommodation A moment in Saulges.
During the afternoon, take a refreshing break on one of the terraces of Place Hubert II in Sainte-Suzanne... and/or visit the BIM artisanal chocolate factory, the soap factory et other traders in the village, wander through the alleys of the city.

Day 2: Long outing and work on rhythm variations
In the morning, place of your choice:
- On Sainte-Suzanne
- warm-up on the green circuit The Foothills of Ste Suzanne » (9 km) at slow speed.
- Active core work and specific foot and hip mobility.
- VMA Circuit : 7 x 1000m with 1'30 of running at normal speed between thresholds for 20 minutes.
- On Saulges
- warm-up on the green circuit Hermaphrodite » (6,4km).
- Session " short rib workshop » 2x8x30 or 40 sec.
- Go back down, jogging, to the starting point.
Lunch with an appropriate sports meal prepared by you in the accommodation.
Afternoon : basic endurance course on course 5 in Sylvain's footsteps » (5,5km), route 6 stove tower » (12,8km) and route 8 in the middle flows a river » (14,4km).
At the end of the day, a break is necessary at associative bistro ! … Order organic breads baked in a wood-fired oven at cedar bakehouse where Laurent offers you 4 batches/week from 17 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday and Friday.



Saulges and the Erve Valley: travel through time between cliffs, rivers and prehistoric secrets!
Day 3: Technical terrain and active recovery
In the morning, warm-up on the blue trail circuit no. 8, « "A river flows through the middle." (14,4km)
- Pyramid on the blue trail no. 6, " the tour of the stoves » (12,8km): 1200, 1600, 2000, 1600, 1200 depending on the level, to be done twice. Take 2'1 jogging between 30 and 1200 and 1600 and 2000' after the 2m.

Before leaving, soak up some local history by visiting the village of Saulges and its prehistoric caves, fascinating remains of human occupation for more than 20 years.
In the afternoon, several options are possible:
- Book your visit to the Rochefort cave and/or Margot cave (limited places) with a guide and finish with the Museum of Prehistory free visit
- Stroll through the village of Saulges and discover one of the oldest churches in France, theChurch of St. Peter
- If you have booked, you can also try theclimbing, accompanied by a guide from the departmental federation
- Located at the water's edge, you also have the possibility (if you are equipped) of fishing in the Erve river, with a fishing license (for the day, week or more)
- In July and August, cool off with the natural swimming pool at the Saint-Cénéré leisure center.
At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxing break with friends in the spa or around a game of table football.
