You will find public toilets in the city car park (car park dedicated to coaches and motorhomes) on the D9 towards Voutré and Torcé Viviers en Charnie as well as in the city behind the church and in the castle courtyard.

You also have a drop-off point to drop off your group at the foot of the city (Place Ambroise de Loré) and then park in the city's car park.

You will have free access to public Wi-Fi at the Tourist Office.

The answer to this question will vary depending on two criteria:

• If the Sainte-Suzanne Tourist Office is your contact, payment will be made directly to each service provider involved in your outing on the day of your visit. You will then receive the invoice from the provider by email.
• If the Laval Tourist Office is your contact, a deposit of 25% of the total amount will be required upon signing the quote.

Visiting the Margot and Rochefort caves: Each cave has a maximum capacity per visit: 15 people for the Margot cave and 25 people for the Rochefort cave. The floors are slippery and the interior of the caves is humid (average temperature: 13°C). Bring warm clothing and closed-toe, non-slip shoes (hiking boots or sneakers).

We do not recommend visiting either cave for people with claustrophobia. Some passages are narrow and have low ceilings.

We do not recommend visiting the Rochefort cave for people who are afraid of heights: a miller's ladder (a metal staircase attached to the wall) must be descended and then climbed back up like a ladder, for around 15m, to access the chasm.

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, transportation, transfers between tours, and personal expenses are not included in the rates and services we offer. These expenses are the direct responsibility of the group.
