Step 3: CHURCH OF ST GERVAIS AND ST PROTAIS IN HAMBERS
The building has been listed as a historic monument since 1954.
The church dates back to the 1684th century, and its Romanesque architecture was remodeled in the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries. The last stone of the choir, designed by Abbot Jean Nourry, was laid in XNUMX.
The building's exterior distinctive feature lies in its bell tower, reinforced with buttresses and an intermediate arch. This type of bell tower is exceptional in the region.
