The River Hamlet

The charming riverside hamlet, which you can explore on the mill walk , holds a pleasant surprise with its view of the Sainte-Suzanne fortress. And as a bonus: a reflecting pool along the Sentier des Dames (Ladies' Path), guaranteed to provide some beautiful photo opportunities.

The Vineyard Path

Following the vineyard path in Sainte-Suzanne, you'll enjoy magnificent views of the Mayenne countryside and the castle. A little tidbit for food lovers: in the Middle Ages , vines were abundant in Sainte-Suzanne, but have since disappeared. However, if you look closely, you can still make out traces of the old rows of vines.

Watchtower

Want to get some height?

Climb to the top of the West Watchtower for a panoramic view! You can access it from the John-Ferramen cul-de-sac. Once at the top, you can admire the surrounding area, as well as the charming stone houses of Sainte-Suzanne, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France.
