Baker Paul Schmitt offers bread and pastries baked in the village's traditional wood-fired oven. You'll find a wide range of sourdough breads, from everyday bread to whole-grain and gluten-free varieties, as well as brioches, tarts, shortbreads, and a range of organic pastries.
The bakery is open for direct sales 3 times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 16 p.m. to 19 p.m.
