LES ALPAGAS DE KERLA
Alpaca breeding.
The KerLA farm is entirely dedicated to breeding alpacas and working with their wool.
More than 70 alpacas share the 14 hectares of pasture, on the western edge of the large Charnie forest massif, around old buildings converted for them.
The unique alpaca fiber, incredibly warm and soft, is processed partly on site by hand, and partly in micro-spinning with full traceability from the animal to the ball.
Single visits to the farm: by schedule only (1 visit per week from mid-May to mid-September). Groups on request.
ACTIVE TOURS, including alpaca encounters and walks (new for 2025): by appointment only, for small groups. See details on my website.
COURSES and mini-COURSES to discover alpacas, lasting 1/2 day to 2 days, and in-depth training (the farm is a training center) on request
WORKSHOPS on working with wool (from fleece to the first skein, over 1 days) on request.
